The proposal has generated a lot of debate, with some people arguing that it would help to address the region's housing shortage, and others claiming that it would lead to more traffic and congestion. However, the fact remains that ADUs can provide a valuable source of income for homeowners, and can help to meet the demand for housing in high-density areas.
